Description:
Honeydew melon is a member of the melon family of fruits and usually has a pale green sweet and juicy flesh inside hard rind. The Honey Melon is round to oval ranging from 4to 8 pounds. It has a smooth firm outer rind that turns from green to whitish yellow as it matures. The crisp and juicy flesh is medium to pale green with the deepest shade occurring just below the skin. The ripen honey melon have the best flavor and highest sugar content. Honey melon is a nutritious fruit because they contain several Vitamins and Minerals.
