Mangoes are juicy fruit belongs to the tropical flowering plant genus Mangifera, cultivated mostly for their edible fruit. Mangoes are native to South Asia, from where the Indian Mango, Mangifera Indica, has been distributed worldwide to become one of the most widely cultivated fruits in India. It is the national fruit of India, Pakistan, and the Philippines and Bangladesh. The Majority of world production comes from India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Mexico.
Description:
Mango comes in different shapes and sizes depending on the types of mangoes. The flesh of mangoes is juicy, orange yellow in color with an oval shaped stone that has centrally placed. The Stone is fibrous on the surface and does not separate easily from the pulp. Ripe, unpeeled mangoes give off a distinctive sticky, sweet smell. A high-quality mango fruit should feature very less fiber composition and minimal tartness.

Storage:
